Basically brand new. I had a 14 year old fur baby that would get tired on walks and it was killing me to have to carry her so I bought this and she only went in it to see how she would do and never used it after that..<br>I absolutely love this thing. <br>It has a brake, the handle adjusts to different angles. <br>There’s a zip on the top so you can see your pet and they can see you or they can put their head out of it. <br>This one has 2 different leashes in it meaning it can fit 2 small dogs or 1 big dog. Of course if you have more than 2 small dogs they can fit they just won’t have a secure leash. The stroller has 2 ways to enter it. You can take the top and put it up or there’s a button to just open the back door and either put them in or have them jump up in it. <br>The part the fur baby’s actually lay on is 27 and 1/2in long by 15 and 1/2in wide<br>It has thick rubber tires<br>All the tires are removable with a press of a button. <br>It’s supper easy and quick to assemble, clean, and put back together
