Signed 1959 RADM 2-Star Admiral USNA Academy Navy Football Manager v Army Letter. This is from the Pete Dawkins Heisman Trophy season for Army! The letter is 2-pages (front and back) on official USNA Naval Academy letterhead.
He discusses attending Army vs Navy & Navy vs Penn football games during the 1958 season. He would later manage the Navy football team.
Recently purchased in New London, Connecticut from the estate of 2-star Rear Admiral Groebel, manager of the Navy football team in 1963. You'll receive a hand-written double sided letter from Midshipman Groebel to his mother, dated Oct 7, 1961. As-is. Google & Mercari optimized.
