Storm of Steel by Ernst Junger, 1929 First Edition, Fifth Printing. Rare first English edition (UK) with dustjacket decorated by phoenix print and fine gold gilt on spine. Published in 1929 by Chatto and Windus.
Condition: Complete. Very good book in good dustjacket. 1 cm tear on top left and 1 cm tear on spine of dustjacket. Yellowing on dustjacket. Boards and gold gilt on spine are fine. Phoenix embossed on the front board. Text block is complete and tight. Old price in pen on top right of front free end paper. Otherwise, text is clean (no writing or highlighting). Yellowing and sunning throughout commensurate with age. Minimal to no foxing.
